The M² Fitness Mission
M² stands for Muscles in Motion, our belief that true fitness is the result of constant and varied range of motion in order for our muscles to grow and be healthy. It is our mission to help our clients meet, re-establish, and sustain fitness goals with training that emphasizes our Muscles in Motion philosophy in a challenging, fun, and safe environment.
Our certified trainers are skilled in working with the unique needs of a diverse client base. We can accommodate everyone from novice to competitive athletes, people recovering from injury or medical conditions, or someone simply looking to improve their overall health. We use a team approach and use varied training styles and techniques in order to prevent plateauing and strengthen commitment.
High Intensity Interval Training is a method that provides an all-encompassing approach to fitness in a single hour. Rather than the classic style of training where you separate aerobic and anaerobic exercise, HIIT provides strength and cardiovascular exercise strategies and alternates between short periods of intense exercise followed by less intense recovery periods. This method is easily modified to be applicable to any client with varying skill levels.
50% us, 50% you. We provide custom training programs to help clients stay on track 24/7. We also guide clients through diet support using our preferred food tracking app, MyFitnessPal. Our quarterly evaluations and body composition testing help keep clients highly motivated, educated, and accountable for their results. The work you put in outside the gym is just as important as the work you put in inside the gym.
Our 3,400sq/ft facility is a high energy, professional environment designed with our client’s experience in mind. We offer both turf and rubber floor space, enabling us to have dedicated areas for specialized agility drills, the use of push sleds and weight training. Our brand new, top-of-the-line equipment, offer the latest technology in the fitness industry.
We are located in the heart of Redmond and offer plenty of parking located on the street, in the retail parking garage, and the transit center parking garage. A private hallway from the retail garage is only feet from our front door.
